Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping area: Solo Sultan ships orders to addresses within Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. We are currently unable to ship orders to other countries or areas.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the chosen shipping method. These costs are displayed during the ordering process before you finally place your order.
  • Delivery time: Solo Sultan strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is stated during the ordering process. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on destination and third party carriers.
  • Delivery method: Orders are delivered via our selected delivery partners. Alternative delivery options may be available for some regions.

Shipping and Tracking

  • Order processing: Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, it will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking number to become active.
  • Delays: Solo Sultan is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third party carriers or unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, customs issues, or strikes.

Non-home delivery

If you are not present at the time of delivery, our delivery partner may leave a card with instructions on how to collect or redeliver your package. It is your responsibility to collect the package or arrange for a suitable delivery location.

Shipping to multiple addresses

It is currently not possible to ship one order to multiple addresses. If you wish to ship items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have restrictions for shipping to certain countries or regions due to local laws and regulations. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, this will be indicated during the ordering process.
